VOXFRAG is a single-player, top-down twin-stick arena shooter with roguelite progression and glowing 3D voxel combat. Dodge incoming fire, blast enemy ships into fragments and turn the wreckage into your next upgrade.

The story
The year is 2137. AI has helped create a prosperous world, and holographic arena battles have become a global spectator sport. High above the city's skyscrapers, famous pilots compete on giant projected fields. You are one of them. Take your ship into the arena and prove you deserve the spotlight.

The full game
- Five sectors, five bosses: four waves per sector, with distinct colour palettes, music and enemy encounters. Your first guardian is THE CARRIER, a voxel dreadnought that breaks apart cube by cube. Discover the others as you play.
- Three ships: VECTOR's balanced blasters, LANCE's piercing railgun and HALO's fast fan-spread volleys.
- 30 upgrade cards: combine common, rare, epic and legendary upgrades to shape each run. Choose from three cards after each wave; a permanent upgrade can add a fourth choice.
- Lasting progression: spend collected shards on ships and eight permanent hangar upgrades, with 23 upgrade levels in total. Keep your collected shards even when a run ends in defeat.
- STORM: charge a spinning ring of fragments that damages enemies and absorbs bullets, then finishes with a shockwave.
- Dash and graze: dash through danger with temporary invulnerability. Close passes by enemy bullets reward you with score and STORM charge.
- Overdrive: victories unlock tougher runs and greater rewards, up to level 10.
- Endless mode and 28 achievements: reach the final sector to unlock Endless, and keep chasing your personal best.

A successful campaign takes around 15 minutes. Mastering the waves, unlocking ships and trying new builds gives you reasons to return. Each run is played in one sitting; your permanent progress is saved locally.

Your collected shards, hangar upgrades and achievements carry into the full game when you play it on the same computer with the same local save. The free demo has its own demo licence; it does not grant access to the full game. A summary of the full game's licence is below.

Options and accessibility
- Keyboard and mouse or controller, with remappable bindings.
- Controller stick swapping, adjustable dead zones and vibration strength.
- Resolution selection, render scale, four graphics presets, frame-rate limits and an FPS counter.
- Auto-fire and Assist Mode, which adds two hull points and slows enemy bullets; assisted records are marked.
- Reduce Flashing, adjustable screen shake, and switches for chromatic aberration and film grain.

Languages:
English, Deutsch, Español, Français, Magyar, Português (Portugal) and Português (Brasil). The interface and accompanying game documentation support all seven variants. The printable case cover is in English.

Offline and DRM-free
No account, launcher or internet connection is required to play. The game has no telemetry, advertising or online features. Your settings and progress stay on your computer.

Windows compatibility
- OS: Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
- CPU: x86-64 processor with SSE4.2 support.
- Graphics: a GPU and current driver with full Vulkan 1.0 support or Direct3D 12 feature level 12_0 support.
- Storage: allow at least 250 MB for the extracted package, plus room for saves and graphics caches.

A dedicated GPU and 8 GB RAM are recommended. Performance depends on your hardware, resolution and graphics settings. Try the free demo on your computer before buying; start with LOW graphics and a lower render resolution if needed.

Licence summary
Your purchase grants personal play on compatible devices you own, with no more than one playable copy per device and one private, offline backup. Copyright remains with Majoros Gábor / Gaboo Arts Entertainment.

Gameplay streaming, videos and screenshots are permitted, including on monetised channels.

The game and accompanying files are supplied AS IS, subject to applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights, legal guarantees and rights under the licences of the included third-party components remain unaffected.

About the project and AI assistance

VOXFRAG is a project led by Majoros Gábor IT-Engineer (Gaboo Arts Entertainment), shaped the story and creative direction, guided development and made the final design decisions. Generative AI assisted programming, localisation, documentation and visual asset development. Gameplay GIFs show the actual game's rendering; encounters were staged for recording. Music and sound effects are synthesised by game code. No generative AI model runs during gameplay

Photosensitivity warning

The game contains flashing lights, rapid changes in brightness and moving patterns. These can trigger seizures, even in people with no previous history. If you experience dizziness, altered vision, twitching, disorientation or other discomfort, stop playing immediately and consult a doctor. Reduce Flashing is available in Settings, but does not eliminate the risk.
